People often get the idea that we only like doing the liturgy and studying really substantive Biblical and Confessional material. That couldn't be farther from the truth. While we truly do dare to be Lutheran and all that that means, we also appreciate the finest things in life. We honestly want everything we do around here to be of the highest quality! This will help you understand our collective love for the humor of Monty Python, and specifically the Holy Grail. You may have noticed some of the screen tips throughout this website containing references to this classic film, beloved by all truly faithful LCMS college students.
Each fall we take it upon ourselves to help incoming freshman become familiar with their new environs here at St. Andrew's. This, of course, would not be possible, without initiating them in the way of the Holy Grail. This page is still in progress, but it will hopefully help all who come here to understand the Grail, and in return, better understand us. Won't you join us, on our quest as we seek the Grail!?!
